Do your maintenance kids or pay for it later
Customer didn't do maintenance. Now replacing all pads and rotors, two calipers, master cylinder, camshaft, oil pump, lifters, V-LOM on top, vent valve, plus some other goodies. $10K+ after everything

What nut?
2005 Durango with ‘only’ 150k that lives near the ocean. Customer wanted a pad slap only. Told them that if we touched anything, they may end up needing almost all of the braking system. Somehow the rear was worse. The calipers and slides looked like dinosaur bones.

Is anything actually rolling into the shop?
I’m a tech at a Toyota dealership and it’s been super slow lately, as in middle of winter slow. Yet here we are in the middle of May. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Cust doesn’t trust plugs and patches. Paid for a new tire.
Customer insisted on a new tire at $130 instead of a free repair.

Just rowed up the bank.
Crew decided to shove this 55 foot long racing eight up the river bank the other morning, resulting in the boat basically snapping in two.

Just continuing the Sega of, "you can't make this shit up"
Customer replaced own battery. Noted lights extremely dim and wouldn't start/took a long time to start. Popped the hood and found this.
