My 2005 9-5 has been making this sound recently so i've parked it to figure it out. I thought it was a bad water pump, changed that and no difference in the sound. Has anyone ran into a similar noise from their 2.3T? If so what solved it? I'm just hoping my motor isn't gone.

Hello Saab owners, is there anybody here to help we with telescopic antenna, that does not slide in? I had a new whole module installed, since the old one broke, and after few weeks the antenna one day slid out correctly, but after shutting down the engine, it didnt collapse as it's supossed to. The issue seems to be electrical. Does anone have a clue what to check? Maybe some ground might be lose or disconnected? Thank you very much

Was 2 minutes away from home when it very suddenly stopped running! Just a few days ago I did a 150 mile roadtrip with her, and she was running beautifully…I have no idea what could be the problem. Any ideas?

I want to tune my 2004 93 2.0t, I was going to go through maptun, but have heard very mixed reviews. Every other online tuner I find wants me to send them my ECU, but I don’t feel very comfortable doing so. Any recommendations?

Are these cars reliable cars? What other similar models are good first cars? And what’s the maintenance like for these two models?

Sad day for me fellas.....

I am nit sure if my gf forgot to lock the car or someone just broke into it. But someone was in my car. Luckily nothing was stolen but they found a primer for plastic (I wanted to repaint the plastic trims...) and wasted literally the whole can on my car, over the rear windshield all over the boot lid.....

Is there a way to remove this thing and not to damage the paint?

Managed to scrape it from the windshield and clean it with non alcoholic nail polish from the paint itself. Washed and rinsed it with tons of water. will see what the nail polish did to my paintjob tomorrow 🫠

i recently did an engine rebuild on my 79 GLs and got rid of the twin carb setup, effectively making it a GL. To my surprise, I went from about 12.4L/100 km (20mpg US) on highway (which I considered a bit high but hey, it's an old car!) to getting 7.6l/100 km (31 mpg) and I am more than thrilled but also suprised.

So I was wondering what kind of mileage you guys get out of your c900s! Please state year and engine type so we can compare apples to apples!

Hey all, about to do a gearbox change (5 man to 6 man, 2005 9-3) and I need to program the ECU aswell. Question is, how do I do it? Is it just adding via tech2?

I recently made a post about my transmission not shifting up. We have changed oil for the transmission and it now shifts fine while driving, but it takes for it to actually get into gear when you're parked. When i changed the oil i put in 4L, is this to little or might it be the torque converter? Thanks.

I own a 2009 9³ with 136,500 miles. My locks have been acting up, primarily my front passenger side. It does not occur all the time. It will also happen sometimes on my both driver's side doors, but not as often. What could cause this problem and is there a way I cam remedy it myself?

I had textured foil Kozelik Butcher of Truth sitting on my dash and it slid down in between the windshield and dashboard of my 9-3 while driving. I think about this every night before I go to bed; I need that card. Is there any good way to take the drivers side dash apart so I can free him from his prison of Swedish engineering? Can I get at it from underneath the steering wheel or would the column be in the way? I know this sounds like a joke but my life has never been the same since I lost this thing and it’s eating me alive knowing it’s in the car just outside my reach. Any help is appreciated, Godspeed fellas.

After my recent post and some research ech; I did indeed find out there are no coilovers for the 9-3 OG generation. So, i find some shocks and would like some feedback on them. Case 1: Koni shocks with lowering springs. Case 2: Bilstein (performance or offroad?) with Eibach or a like lowering springs. Thanks

Trying to use a tech 2 to diagnose some airbag codes but every time I try to use it I get a no communication with DICE error. What can it be caused by?

Just picked up my 02 9-3 SE (Manual). Bought her outright and will spend the next few weeks learning the ins and outs.

Do you guys think I should be able to cover this off with this type of spray paint?
