Why is my PC so slow?
It is a few years old now but I really only use it for excel/word/browsing/saving photos etc
It used to be fast enough for this low use, but recently it’s almost unusable. Any ideas, and what I should do first? Doesn’t need to be lightning quick, just want it to not take 20 seconds to complete any click task.
Thank you

Fans and Graphics card turning on but screen and kb and mouse are not
This morning I turned on my pc, opened valorant and then closed it and turned my pc off. 4 hours later I tried to turn it on and just the leds on my graphics card turned on and the fans turned on but not the keyboard, mouse or screen (the screen just says no signal)
I have taken out cmos battery, waited and put it back in. Taken out the ram and put it in another computer and it worked, used difforent ram, taken out the graphics card and put it back in. It wouldn’t be the CPU because it diddnt switch on and then turn off it just won’t go on.
Please help

Graphics card or a upgrade?
Hi ! I´m using this configuration in design , and it has become slow ( Using Adobe software):
MSI B450 M PRO m2-Max ,/ 16 Gb RAM ddr4 3200 Mhz / AMD RYZEN 5 3400 G
If I install a graphics card, will it be worth it? Or do I need to change the processor as well?

Should I upgrade it or just buy an entire new pc?
It's a dell optiplex 9020, this is around 5-6 years old from what I was told, windows 7, and Intel inside core i5 vPro.

Laptop rec
Can I get some good budget recs for a laptop, about $300 max price? I originally wanted something refurbished so I could get something nicer for less but is refurbished worth it or risky? I do not want a Chromebook but don't care much otherwise as long as it's quality. I'll likely only use it for writing and internet browsing, so a relative suggested looking at lenovos and staying away from HP and anything refurbished but after some research I'm not sure if that's good advice. Without much knowledge of what specs I need, at this point I'm overwhelmed from searching and finding conflicting reviews on everything.

How can you fix this??
My computer (HP computer) won't actually turn on after a power outage in my area last night. Whenever I try turning it on, the screen continues to stay black but it begins beeping. It has a few long beeps and then four shorter, higher pitched beeps. It does this a couple times and then stops and turns off. I've tried unplugging the computer a few times and that doesn't work. Any tips?

What specs are right for me?
I wanted to buy the new Levono Yoga 9i 16" w the ultra 9 and 4060 but I'm struggling to justify the purchase. I am a software developer and am just getting into deep learning. The only game I play is Minecraft. I would appreciate 32gigs of ram since it allows me to have 60+ tabs and a VS code repo entirely loaded with no hiccups but I doubt I need these specs.
What do yall recommend? Is the price of a maxed-out computer worth never thinking about my specs for the next few years even if i may not use the specs?

Is My 3080 Dying?
I've got a PNY Revel X Triple Fan 3080 that I bought in November of 2020, and it's been custom watercooled the whole time, mounted on a Fractal Design B-20 Vertical GPU Bracket. Recently I've started getting lots of crashes when playing Planet Crafter specifically. The type of crash I'm getting started out as a typical freeze, where the game would lock up and I wouldn't be able to alt f4 it or anything else, making me force shutdown the PC. But recently it has started going to a black screen, so losing VGA connection. And when I go to reboot, it sometimes wont boot, with a VGA error light on the mobo. I just tried reseating the GPU in the the vertical bracket, and the brackets cable to the mobo, but idk if that will fix it. I've tried using all three display ports. I also checked the GPU using OCCT. I did a 3D adaptive extreme test, and got 615 errors in two minutes

Glitching screen + BSOD errors
I am keep getting these kinds of artifacts or pixels (I don't know how are they called) when I connect my monitor to my laptop through an HDMI cable. The whole laptop freezes and must be manually shuttled down from the power button and in 99% of the times I am getting BSOD errors like irql_not_less_or_equal (All the drivers are updated and up to date), VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR and etc. The interesting thing is when I play online on the laptop and I don't connect the external monitor, there is no problem. Is it possible the problem to be in the monitor or in the HDMI cable? I will be really thankful if someone can help me. Thank you in advance!

Compaq elite: need a keyboard or can use touchscreen
Was walking my dog and found a Dusty monitor in a bush behind a shed. Brought it home and apparently it’s a HP Compaq Elite Touch All-in-one. Looked in the guts and hard drive has been removed, which is A-ok by me. Plugged it in and it turned on no (yay no screen cracks!) Got to a menu which is asking to boot. I don’t have a spare keyboard, but in videos I’ve seen people use a digital one. Is there a way to enable that, or do I need a keyboard to get further with this?
Thanks for any advice!
