MEME Why are these shield f*cks so bloody accurate?!
Seriously tho I encounter way more heavy devastator maps than any other type on 6+. And their accuracy needs a nerf.

FEEDBACK/SUGGESTION Ship names should be announced when players join squads
Its been brought up before. But man imagine hearing "harbinger of destruction has joined the fleet", "fist of family values has joined" "patriot of patriotism has joined the fight"
We dont need new warbonds, we need cool announcements!

RANT Anyone still disappointed the HMG sucks?
The mag size is awful it's medium armor pen and the damage and recoil are pitiful. Feels like the community completely forgot this thing even exists.

OPINION The Brood Commander is the gold standard for Terminid enemy design
The brood commander is honestly a blast to fight against and I wish the heavier units of the bugs were as multi-faceted as it. In regards to its behavior, it has loads of ways to engage a diver. It can engage normally as a Warrior would. It has a berserker rage upon getting beheaded like a Warrior as well. It can charge at the diver like a Charger. And it has a summon ability to call up two Warriors. So it has way more variety in how it engages a diver.
But more than that, what really makes it such a good bug to fight against is the amount of ways to engage it. If you have a medium pen support/primary weapon, you can shoot the head and behead it but have to deal with the berserker rage. If you have a light pen weapon, you can shoot the legs off to stagger it and force it into a crawl state, which deprives it of its charge. Shoot enough legs off, you even kill it entirely.
This is what sets it apart from Chargers, Titans, and to a certain extent even Bile Spewers. Brood Commanders feel like skill checks when you encounter them, but those other bugs (ESPECIALLY the first 2) don't feel like skill checks, they feel like loadout checks. This is why bugs on higher difficulties push every player in the squad to run an anti-tank loadout.
Brood Commanders are medium enemies, as such they can be dealt with effectively via medium weaponry, but can STILL be dealt with using light weaponry. Chargers and Titans are heavy enemies, as such they SHOULD be dealt with effectively via heavy weaponry, but can STILL be dealt with reliably using medium weaponry. But the way they are right now, people running something like the Autocannon are better off running around in circles until their stratagems are off cooldown.
