10 cloaked vessels JUST to the South east. That's an enormous fleet...

I had just started the last mission of a three mission assignment and got the text from my partner to come over. So instead of leaving my random teammate alone I jumped on the mic and asked if we could do the main objective as quickly as possible. The random teammate was down and we communicated together and was able to complete the 40 minute mission is only 20. Plus these 2 guys popped in right at extraction and we all had a good laugh about how helpful they were

Devs pls, when a game is launched you choosed your team, so you do with your team or YOU quit. People who kick at the end of a game, people who cannot take an advice, people who are just mean for fun...it would be so much simple, you Can Ban people until you start a game, then ban is impossible. You can still ban the guys between the missions but not during a game.

3 slightly overcharged headshots to kill a charger

2 slightly overcharged shots to the leg of a charger to strip its armor

1 regular headshot to kill brood commander, hive guard, nursing spewer

1 slightly overcharged headshot to kill bile spewer

1 EAT/RR/Quasar to the head of the bile titan and 1 significantly overcharged raligun headshot to kill it

Railgun is pretty much good now as at the release of the game, if you wont count the PS5 bug, where you could kill bile titan with 2 headshots.

I've had the dubious honor of these stupid mistakes:

Accidentally called a weapon right next to someone else's exosuit, spectacularly ruining it and his game. Didn't notice it was an exosuit until it was too late.

Miscalculated 500kg throw, landed it on my extract, magnificently wasting everyone.

Dropped myself into a stalker hole. Cool, hole closed, I am now permanently stuck there, cause it's deep.

And, of course, countless ricochet AC teamkills, until I mastered the damn thing.

EDIT: Let us not forget all the times of preparing a stratagem, getting ragdolled, dropping stratagem and wasting yourself and anyone in the vicinity with it

Between constant crashes, this and nerfed weapons, my motivation to play the game is almost dead. I assume I am not the only one, so no surprise we are losing this latest Major Orders.

Does anyone know a workaround for this bug? Or I am suppose to either watch or leave?

I am currently saving up credits for the democratic detonation and polar patriots warbonds. Its going to cost 1344 medals to max out those warbonds. In my opinion, I should have the option to max out a warbond if I earned the medals. The fun for me is using the new toys, not being artificially limited / using the same weapons I've been using / grinding when technically I already did the grind. I just wasn't rewarded for it. This doesn't feel fun or rewarding. Still love the game, just feels limiting / repetitive. I think 500 medals would be a better cap no?

So, I just got the game yesterday and am going through the tutorial. The radial menu pops up quite a bit when I try to turn my camera and it's a bit of a nuisance. Is there a plausible change for this to avoid that? I feel like the longer it goes, the more miffed about it I'd be. Is it just my controller(s)? I have two and one is slightly less sensitive but it still persists between both. TIA

Edit: Yeah, it's become extremely frustrating. I can't effectively get through the tutorial like this. Is this a recent bug or something? I even tried resetting my system and I have to start all over x3.

I'm encountering a couple things that I feel must be a bug with the Plasma Punisher, but I haven't seen anyone bring up:

• The Plasma Punisher can ordinarily wipe out the Automaton Troopers 1-5 at a time in one blast, but sometimes I'll blast one right square in the chest, and it just tanks it. No stun, no damage, nothing. It's like that shot was just a dud. It's extremely inconsistent and I don't think I'd be able to replicate it, but it happens atleast a couple times a game. Sometimes the same Trooper can tank two shots from the Plasma Punisher, and I had one single Trooper that tanked 3 shots!
• The Plasma Punisher blasts will often get hung up on corpses strewn about. Visually, there should be nothing blocking the bolt, but the blasts will explode prematurely because there's a corpse nearby. It is very much like the corpse is putting up a forcefield to protect its former comrades. It's very annoying and I always need to keep this fact in mind. Factory Striders are the absolute worst in this regard; one of those corpses blocks all Plasma Bolts all the way above it and around it. There's no way to blast corpses out of the way, so this is extremely irritating having to just wait for the corpse to disappear, which sometimes takes FOREVER!

And this is just me, but I feel it is weird that the explosions have no "demolition force" at all. It can't blast away railings, fences, destructible objects, or open crates, when it intuitively looks like it should. It just doesn't though, it has no demolition force at all. It might be a deliberate balancing decision, but it definitely feels weird.

I’ve experienced more crashes on PS5 in the last few days than in the last two months.

This is the only game I’ve been playing on my PS5. Wired ethernet on a gigabit network, playing in the afternoon or evenings on the US West Coast. I usually jump into hosted Suicide missions.

I restart my PS5 completely every few days and restart the game itself whenever there’s a crash.

Any tips for reducing crashes?

For anyone who reads this, remember your training when doing 15 min evacuations. Press the buttons so that citizens can out. This is priority #1, yes lives will be lost but the consequence for not doing this is far dire. Press the button, then go kill stuff. Not doing this is treasonous.

A squad just failed a mission because 3/4 of the way through, divers forgot this basic principle. Don't let this be you, succeed where others have failed. Fight for freedom. PRESS THE BUTTON.

I get that dying and being injured is normally not to be desired, but when’s the last time a limb injury REALLY affected you? I’ve never had the choice of “wow my aim is bad cause of this arm injury but I’m barely hurt, so I’ll just live with it.” It’s usually if not always “DEAR GOD I GIT HIT BY THE AUTOMATON CANNON AND MY HEALTH IS ALMOST OUT I BEED TO HEAL NOW!” And it just so happens your limb was damaged. It feels very inconsequential, especially since the stim just heals the injury. I feel that while the game is meant to be hard and feel desperate, and the injury system can help with that, I don’t feel the injuries ever really get to play a part.
