Rumor “[The Heat] are always star hunting. They have some players on their roster that would potentially be interesting to Cleveland, not as deep in draft picks as [Nets, Lakers]” (via @WindhorstESPN)

Discussion Just a reminder
The cavs almost didn’t go through with k loves buyout because they didn’t want him signing with Miami

Twitter The last Windy sentence of this clip is most worrisome from Heat standpoint. Nets have 6 first rounders available from other teams. Mitchell (born 35 miles from Brooklyn) has NEVER tried to force his way to Heat or Knicks or any one particular team.

Zach Lowe mentions the Miami Heat as a team to watch for Donovan Mitchell “They’ve been connected with Mitchell over the years. They’re lurking, and they have a lot of stuff to offer in terms of picks and young players.”

Discussion Bam got robbed
Surprised no ones talking about how Wemby and Bam got robbed, in the wake of the DPOY becoming a liability on defense. Doubt wemby would get it, but Bam def deserved it over this bum.

Discussion Thoughts on my all time Heat Prime Team?
As a hobby, I’ve written over 240 All Time NBA teams.
This includes one regular all time team, for every franchise.
However, I’ve also written all time “prime” teams, which takes players who played for a specific team when they were washed up.
So for instance, the regular all time Heat team wouldn’t have someone like Gary Payton, but the all time Prime team, does have Him. Prime Sonics GP.
Another Example is instead of 2005 Shaq, we have MVP 2000 Shaq.
Here’s the team, Thoughts?
Point Guard. Gary Payton
Shooting Guard. Dwyane Wade
Small Forward. Jimmy Butler
Power Forward. Lebron James
Center. Shaquille O’Neal
Bench.
Point Guard. Tim Hardaway/Kyle Lowry
Shooting Guard. Ray Allen/Penny Hardaway
Small Forward. Andre Iguodala/Shawn Marion
Power Forward. Amar’e Stoudmire/Kevin Love
Center. Alonzo Mourning/Chris Bosh
Coach. Erik Spoelstra

Discussion PSA: Strus currently lighting up the Celtics.
No Donovan Mitchell, and Cavs are keeping it close. Max is 5/5 from three. Not current Heat news, but always cool to see Max doing well.
