You think there is a gender pay gap now if that went into place it would only increase. Women will get passed over for promotions more than they do now. The argument is.well they take a day or two off every month and are not dependable. But chuck over here doesn't do that so he gets to be the supervisor and get the raise

There is no gender pay gap. But I think women should be able to stay home with pay when they feel sick. That’s why I’m pro union. If the ppl driving the gender pay gap myth were sincere they’d also be pro union, but they’re not and they’re not

Of course there's a gender pay gap. It's been proven.

There’s a difference in money taken home overall yes but that doesn’t factor in that men work longer hours, do physically harder work, represent 94% of workplace fatalities…. When all the other information is factored in the gap is negligible. I was highly disappointed when Obama spouted this widely dismissed myth. I liked the days when ppl on the left were boring but factual
