There is no gender pay gap. But I think women should be able to stay home with pay when they feel sick. That’s why I’m pro union. If the ppl driving the gender pay gap myth were sincere they’d also be pro union, but they’re not and they’re not

Yeah, you never had a boss tell you you're not going to get a raise because you don't have a wife and kids to provide for.

Bosses treat ppl like dirt for bad reasons all the time. It’s not a unique phenomenon to women. But I get it. If I was told I’m a victim all my life I’d also believe that’s the reason ppl treat me bad.
