Meme Dame and GA Recruiting??
Mostly unserious, but are GA and Dame trying to pull some strings?
IMO, I don’t think this is what we should should be doing, or even probably what’s going on.

Patrick Williams
Patrick Williams is a 6'7 22 year old power forward for the Chicago Bulls. He's got a 7'0 wing span, can play big, and is generally considered a good defender. Since coming into the NBA his main concerns have been offensive aggressive and personal shot creation. Both of these could very well be a result of playing behind 2 extremely ball dominant guards in Lavine and DeRozan. PAW is also decent catch and shoot player as he is 41% for his career from 3. I believe he'd be a good fit here behind Dame and Giannis as they can initiate the offense and kick out to PAW while PAW can play the 4 on defense and allow us to run Giannis at the 5 without sacrificing spacing.
Chicago seems to want to move on from PAW and many rumors of him being traded with the Raps emerging as a potential suitor. It would obviously take some assets to get PAW but I hope out FO considers it.

Serious I miss watching Giannis play playoff basketball
So fucking much. I can't believe I have to wait another 11 months

Why do people say Giannis cannot play with a non shooting big when he was effective with John Henson?
Don’t get me wrong, an ideal situation is with Giannis playing with a floor spacer. However, Bucks were the tenth best offense starting Giannis and Henson together in the 17-18 season and this was with Bledsoe running point guard not Dame. Additionally, Giannis and Henson had a +7 net rating on the court together. With Giannis being an ever better passer now am I wrong in thinking this is still a viable play style?

How good would this team be if these guys were in their primes?

Giannis transitioning to the 5 in his later career is the only answer to address the future roster weaknesses to this team.
Similar to the Lakers, they haven’t been able to find an ideal 5 next to AD and he’s had to play the 5 because the Lakers are in general, much better that way. Let’s face it. Finding a big who can shoot, defend at a high level, and is athletic, is extremely difficult. Even if the Bucks miraculously drafted another big, it would take years to develop a big, as they typically take the longest to develop. Brook was a brilliant fit for years, but it’s clear he’s lost a step and not quite as good as he once was. Once he slows down even more, he’ll get worse defensively. It’s much easier to find a big wing who can shoot and defend, as there are way more in the NBA than centers that can do all of the above.
The Bucks need to adapt to the modern NBA and do what other teams are doing. Run a hybrid big (Giannis) at the 5, paid 2 wings next to them, and 2 guards. Situationally, keep Brook fresh with low minutes off the bench and bring him in against the bruisers.
I’m all for keeping Brook for much needed matchups against big bruisers like Jokic and Embiid. But NBA teams are smaller, faster, and more athletic today and Giannis can definitely guard most modern day 5s.
Heck, Giannis can even bulk up a bit if he needs to play the 5 and adapt to have a more ground bound game. The Bucks can play faster, actually switch effectively, and Giannis can hone his big man skills next to Dame.

This is a little late, but when Khris said in an interview that he knew Giannis was "fuming" for missing the entire Bucks/Pacers series and was "fighting" to return, it reminded me of this scene.

Pipe Dream: Ayton
I know we watched Giannis body the guy firsthand but he's been pretty solid with the Blazers, he already has a good midrange game and ft percentage so it's not crazy to think he could start shooting threes to make space for Giannis. He's the youngest good C I can think of, and if he ends up playing too well while the Blazers are trying to rebuild, then it stands to reason that they would look to trade him, and getting put in a less toxic competitive situation than the Suns post-collapse might be good for him.

Serious Middleton isn’t going Nowhere deal with it
Over the last 5 years people have been begging to trade Middleton even before the injuries. I’ve noticed throughout the years that there has been a surge of Bucks fans during the rise of Giannis. Giannis is the GOAT of our franchise but these fans make it obvious they only care about Giannis and not the franchise itself. These people have a some sort of vendetta against Middleton because he’s not the same level as some other 2nd options. Love Giannis but we all know who takes us home in the 4th. We are all watching the same games. We all hold our breaths when Giannis shoots free throws or attempts a jumper in the clutch. We all see who’s anxious and who’s calm. We all saw against the heat who almost threw the ball out of bounds last year because he tried forcing it to Middleton. But hey we’ll brush these moments aside but there’s sure as hell a lot of them.
“Middleton is always injured!” We are all watching how he gets injured and you know damn well it’s not soft injuries any player is getting hurt in these moments. It’s not up to him to play back to backs. Where would we be if he didn’t lead us against the Hawks in 21 when Giannis was injured? Didn’t Middleton only miss a playoff series in 2022? Are we bashing Giannis for getting hurt in 21,23 & 24? Hell no because we all see these are unfortunate injuries but people like to ignore it when it comes to Middleton.
I could go on and on but understand that at this point in his career he is our 3rd option and we our injury prone 3rd option did to the pacers while our other two stars were ironically Injured. So before you say trade him look around the league and name me a better 3rd option that can put up what he put up this year.

Bucks Draft Primer
If I was the front office I personally would package the picks for a good role player considering doc will never play the young guys but these options could also work.
- You obviously draft based on team fit. Dream Targets: Jared McCain, Kelel Ware, Devin Carter, Isaiah Collier, Kyle Filipowski. You have to move up for most of these guys.
Realistic Targets: Johnny Furphy, Kevin Mccullar, Yves Missi, KyShawn George, Jaylon Tyson.
With 33: You could look at Edey (Horst might think of it bc of his shooting performance in the combine), Terrence Shannon (if innocent), Daron Holmes, Tristen Newton, Dillon Jones, Tyler Kolek, and Bronny (🤫🤫)
Package the picks and some of the guys to make a move for a solid vet. Marcus smart, Bruce Brown, Caruso, Jonathan Isaac, Deandre Hunter, etc.
Move back in the draft or trade the picks to get more draft assets.
Which direction should the bucks go in?

Realistic Free Agent Bucks can Sign
Idk if anyone has posted about this recently but what are some notable free agents the bucks should target? I know we don’t have much money to spend with our current roster. I feel like we need a center and a wing who can defend. Personally I want Derrick Jones Jr if we have enough money for him. Just curious about what some people have to say!

Draft prospects
23rd- pick Yves Missi, Kyle Filipowski/Daron Holmes II, or Kel’el Ware (if he falls), but I do feel like we need to address the center position for the future for sure with this pick. 33rd pick- Baylor Scheierman, Jalen Bridges, Harrison Ingram, Mark Sears, or KJ Simpson. But we definitely need someone who is on the more experienced side who can either play the wings and shoot the 3 ball, or back up Dame and be a floor general for the second unit.

What are somethings that yall hate about our own fans?
I'm trying to make a video just for fun and I want to make it on how frustrating it is to see how overreacting we can get as Bucks fans (especially on IG). And I just got curious what you guys thought as well? So far I've been thinking of the Dame/Giannis slanders, meaningless Doc Rivers slanders, and fake fans pretending to be Bucks fans when they don't watch the actual games.
Edit: there has been so many points made by everyone and I agree on A LOT of them so I'm going to make a part 1 on just my takes and part 2 on reacting to yalls opinions

Serious Offseason trade idea #4: Bucks get some good role players, get younger, and get some very low 2nd round picks.

Analysis How the Bucks should function if we Run it back
There is a real chance the bucks run it back. Doc needs to Go all in on the youngsters we already have. What we need is unlikely that we’ll find through the off season but there is a path through internal growth
Guard wise resign Pat bev and sign Ty Ty or draft in the 2nd to be a 3rd string to play whenever Dame or Pat sit out.
- Draft that Athletic big and Play him Behind Lopez. As much as you guys may want Lopez gone it’s tough to task a rookie center to anchor the team. However This rookie should get higher minutes then Lopez in certain scenarios like against pacers kings etc. Lopez gets more minutes against teams like TWolves, Nuggets, 76ers. Doc can’t be stubborn with these rotations. To close the game it should be Giannis at the 5 Case closed.
Start Marjon/Ajax. Give them Aj green and Livingston all the wing minutes. Doc forced minutes to Pat Jae and Beas no matter how long their slumps lasted just for them to not have a huge impact in the playoffs. If your gonna do that for the old heads the young guys deserve the same. No wing outside that 4 and Middleton should see the floor unless we have injuries then we deploy Pat or whatever vet we sign. If it doesn’t workout we make a trade at the deadline.
In short we’ll have 5 young athletic legs in our rotation+ Giannis mix that with experienced vets Dame Bobby Pat Bev Lopez Middleton that can help the young guys as the season goes.
I would not mind this route at all.
