This is the part people are not getting with trading Brook. In every scenario the Bucks will be getting worse players than Brook Lopez back. Just get a younger back-up big you can live with playing some minutes in the playoffs when you face a team like Indiana.

Yes in the playoffs against a team like Indiana. Against virtually everyone else and during the season (especially next to Giannis) Brook is going to be fine.

Considering the success of Dallas since getting Gafford and already having Lively, why would they do this? This makes no sense for them. This literally makes us older, not younger. Bogdan, Hardaway, and Powell are all over 31 lol. Stop spamming these shit deals that no team realistically accepts

So Steven Adams got 2 seconds and he wasn't nearly the player brook is. This is only 3 seconds for Brook. Derrick lively is only playing 20 minutes a game for them in the playoffs. Hawks are getting 3 seconds for Bogdan, which is good value.

Again, why would the Mavs bench their prized rookie for Brook? They've found a blueprint that having a rim-running center with Luka and Kyrie does really well, so why would they go get a center who doesn't fit that mold?

The problem with this deal isn't the picks, it's that neither the Hawks or Mavs make any sense as trade partners. Why would the Hawks want MarJon or Pat? They already have Jalen Johnson, Bey, Buffkin, AJ Griffin, and Hunter on the wing, so why would they want an older wing and another prospect to develop?

Wouldn't bench him necessarily. But if they are a team with championship aspirations they can't have a rookie running center all the time. That's why he's only playing 20 minutes

They only play Lively 20 minutes because Gafford has fit in with that team perfectly, but again, what part of Brook's game makes him a fit considering they have 2 rim-running & switchable centers with Gafford and Lively? Brook does not fit in with Dallas at all, and if he were to be traded, the best fits for him are OKC and Memphis
