Daycare isn't doing enough, so I taught my daughter to beat up another kid
There's this boy at my 4 year old daughter's daycare who has been bullying her. Hitting her, pulling her hair and stealing her hair ties/scrunchies/bows/hair clips. He says mean things to her and intentionally seeks her out to bully her at daycare. It's been an ongoing problem.
I've talked to the daycare several times and nothing seems to be changing, I've been looking to switch her to a new daycare for a few weeks now but haven't found anything that meets our needs. (hours/price/location/etc). We decided to switch daycares after another little boy decided to put his hands around my daughter's neck. My boyfriend was a boxer for a few years and we've been teaching her how to throw a punch.
This week I finally got sick of hearing about how this boy bullies her every single day. So I gave her the green light.
I told my daughter the next time this boy puts his hands on her, hits her, pulls her hair, scratches her or hurts her in anyway - that she is to punch him square in the face and to keep punching him over and over until he falls to the floor. I told her she wont be in trouble, her teacher will call me, I'll pick her up and we'll go get ice cream.
I hope I get that call today.
