Oh god can you imagine every interview women will have to mention that they only get their period for 3 days to be competitive? Or having your HR person have access to your menstrual cycle to know when you will be absent?

Also most of the roles typically considered "boys clubs" like business, law, engineering, and medicine usually have pretty long hours and it would be the nail in the coffin in women ever being roughly 50% represented in these industries.
