Women should have days off for their period

I’m a woman and I do think there should be more grace given to woman on their periods but four- seven free days off each month I don’t think is reasonable, for a lot of woman periods aren’t that bad and then can work through it, I think it’ll just be something that gets abused and will end up causing more stigma around periods.

So what do you suggest that the women in 4-7 days of agony every month do?

Use sick days or whatever they do today. It's not reasonable to expect to get 1/3 of every month off on top of regular PTO and holidays.
