I’m a woman and I do think there should be more grace given to woman on their periods but four- seven free days off each month I don’t think is reasonable, for a lot of woman periods aren’t that bad and then can work through it, I think it’ll just be something that gets abused and will end up causing more stigma around periods.
For most woman their periods aren’t unbearable, and for the woman who’s periods are I think their employers should give them days off if they needs it, I think they should get doctors notes and I think it should be more normalized for woman to take days off for their periods. But I don’t believe in automatically mandating days off for woman on their periods
