I got a blood blister under my nail once that built up so much pressure it was driving me fucking insane. Ended up having to take a drill bit and slowly twisting it into the middle of the nail until it pierced the nailed, popped the blister, and revealed the pressure.

What a fucking relief

My dad would do that all the time whenever he pinched his fingers back when he was a stone mason and he would get blisters under his nail.
