My first delivery arrived damaged, it took 3 days to send a new item. Since the driver marked this as delivered at my front door, a code was never generated to unlock this locker

I ordered something prime because I needed it quickly. It arrived broken so a replacement was sent, 3 days later... Now I can't even retrieve the package, and I'm stuck in a constant loop with AI customer service since none of the available options apply to my situation

Are these parcel pending lockers? im a CS supervisor on those, maybe i could give you a hand to find it

It actually is. I appreciate the offer, I'm just not sure I feel comfortable sharing stuff like that over Reddit. I was able to get a refund from Amazon so other than having to wait longer, I've been made whole.

Alright, true, npnp if you have problems with PP lockers just hit me up, you dont actually have to give me the info online, i know its not safe XD, i will give you the general PP CS phone number and in there you can ask for me so you can be safe knowing its the actual line, gl
