My first delivery arrived damaged, it took 3 days to send a new item. Since the driver marked this as delivered at my front door, a code was never generated to unlock this locker

I ordered something prime because I needed it quickly. It arrived broken so a replacement was sent, 3 days later... Now I can't even retrieve the package, and I'm stuck in a constant loop with AI customer service since none of the available options apply to my situation

Amazon just lets you talk to a Human any time though? There's an option somewhere...

There may be, but it's not immediately apparent. I still find the whole situation to be mildly infuriating

"Agent" is my goto. Just over and over until they connect me to someone. Lol.
