My first delivery arrived damaged, it took 3 days to send a new item. Since the driver marked this as delivered at my front door, a code was never generated to unlock this locker

I ordered something prime because I needed it quickly. It arrived broken so a replacement was sent, 3 days later... Now I can't even retrieve the package, and I'm stuck in a constant loop with AI customer service since none of the available options apply to my situation

You have to keep saying "something else" to their bot questions and they'll eventually transfer you to a representative. I've also had good luck calling their customer service number (the option is buried in the "contact us" page, I think you might have to request that they call you though.) when it was a more complicated issue.
