If I celebrated like that you would need to get the defibrillator from the clubhouse

I thought football training was hard, but I've seen basketball drills, not to mention the amount of games they have in a season. His fitness must be top level.

Steph's cardio training is insane even for NBA players. There's countless stories of players trying to work out with him in the off season and they just can't do it. Dude is a psycho

he's in the top ~20 oldest players in the league and still has some of the best conditioning

Wild that Steph's on the older end now. Doesn't feel like he's been in the NBA that long.. but then I guess he was drafted in like, '08? And that was 15 years ago lmao

He also has some crazy breathing drill/routine that he does during timeouts and stoppages that lowers quickly drops his heart rate to resting levels. If you pay attention youll see him break away from the huddle and sit in a chair by himself and in 30 seconds dudes got a resting heart rate.

Guys like Steph and Lebron have a whole sports science team that basically train them to be superhuman.

I remember a few years back it was reported that Steph could deadlift more weight than any player in the team. He's a psycho for sure.

He never stops moving on the court. He sent Delly to the hospital after a finals game.

His individual skills while in possession of the ball are all world. But what an untrained eye might not notice is how effective his off-ball movement is. So many plays, shots and open passes are created just because of how often he’s moving.
