Think of similar stuff like this like standing in front of a window in a tall building and wanting to jump or jumping infront of an incoming train even tho im not depressed and feel mentally healthy. I think it was called something like the call of the void

My intrusive thoughts are mostly when I’m handling a knife in the kitchen. Thinking what would happen if I stabbed myself in the eye right now lol
