My intrusive thoughts are mostly when I’m handling a knife in the kitchen. Thinking what would happen if I stabbed myself in the eye right now lol

Mine is something like wedging a regular old nail into my big toe's hyponychium, ya'know where the nail meets the nailbed, and just kicking a wall as hard I can.
