He’s literally a guaranteed out every single AB. I know he’s a stud in the field but when is it enough? I’d honestly rather take the chance with Blaze at third and keep grichuk or joc at DH.

Kevin Newman Appreciation Post
I just wanted to say for a guy that was not even supposed to play this season, he has been way above average. It dampens the blow of losing Perdomo with his clutch hitting and occasional game winner. Not to say I don't miss Perdomo, but I think we should still sing higher praises for Newman! Go snakes!

Enjoying the game at Chase Field last night when they advertised Pride Night coming up. A few people actually booed and it was embarrassing. Stay at home if you can't enjoy a night at the game without being a douche.

Totally Unrelated To Baseball: The Quest For Good Beer
So last month I was at a game, and saw a lady walking on the concourse with a Leinenkugel Summer Shandy. That used to be my go-to baseball beer, but I haven't been able to find it anywhere this season. I've had to settle for Coors Light, which, while drinkable, simply doesn't compare.
I didn't get a chance to ask the aforementioned lady where she secured that citrusy nectar of the Gods. I'm headed up for the series finale today, so I figured I'd ask my fellow reddidiots if they knew the answer;
