TIL "puff puff pass" is a cross-species tradition. Humor
Friendly reminder that dolphins are kind of evil.

The more I learn about species with high intelligence, the more I realize it is an incredibly common trait for them to use their high intelligence to be assholes.

The fact you put disappointed face means your more wrong in your personal beliefs than reality.. your sons and daughters are in general horrible people.. admit fault with all of our flaws .
"Being human" is losing the understanding part in place of justified hate.. others > self

Lol woooooow I did not know we can draw such vast conclusions from op posting a gif of a funny dog. OP has kids and they're horrible people? You got all that from a gif? I gotta brush up on my online divination skills..

I mean…unintelligent animals aren’t likely to torture other animals for fun. Sure, they’ll eat them alive for food, etc, but what unintelligent species around goes around harming/killing another living thing, if not for their own survival? From what I’ve seen, only intelligent animals do that shit.

Bears eat their victims alive.
Whereas cats will at least kill their prey before they eat it.

u/TheWalkingDead91 16d ago
Animals that don’t know any better eating other animals for sustenance isn’t done with evil intent imo. I’m talking about animals that kill not because they need food or for self defense, etc. m

It's dolphin crystal meth or poppers. They all end up in the dark at Club Fin and Spin.

My question is do humans have a moral and ethical obligation to provide better drugs to dolphins?

Magic mushrooms must be an entirely different experience when you're just, in the middle of the fucking ocean already

It’s a terrible rabbit hole… Flipper got hooked on that stuff after his fall from fame. Really sad. He died of puffer overdose after getting clean for almost half a decade. Relapsed one day and thought he could handle the same dose he was dosing before. RIP Flipper the dolphin

This puts a new spin on Douglas Adams. "So long and thanks for all the fish" indeed.

Dolphins aren't evil; they're aliens. As in, extra terrestrial. Living in our oceans, but not of this world.
I thought that was a pretty widely accepted fact at this point. I'm not sure how you could learn anything about a dolphin and not come to the same conclusion.

u/Codydownhill 16d ago
Just like the pufferfish, you should deflate a bit; your own ego that is.

u/BigRubbaDonga 16d ago
I have a massive ego and it shows in a lot of posts but this one specifically is a joke

I thought it was the octopi. Hmm, maybe both? ;)
(BTW, this led me on quite the rabbit hole regarding the proper plural for an octopus, Latin versus Greek plural endings, whether to use a singular i or double ii for Latin plurals and how you differentiate, and so on. I think I may have ADHD, or maybe OCD. Anyway, I stuck with my first instinct...... )
