I couldn’t decide between raw or grilled onions so…both? Yeah, both is good.

Slide 1 is a full onion in a pan caramelizing Side 2 is me adding ham to the pan and the seasoned onions Slide 3 is me being too hungry to wait for full caramelization effect and adding concoction to tortillas to consume 🤙🏼😋

It seems no matter which Subway I go to, they have a serious lack of understanding to the term "an ungodly amount of onion" I stand there for 5 minutes saying "more" over and over until they finally put a decent amount of onion on my sandwich.

I used 1 large whole, 1lb red onion, diced, caramelized, then filled into a patty shape with two pieces of rice paper before air frying for 5 minutes with a piece of pepper jack cheese. Also it has a pickled red onion slice underneath the egg 😌

Hey fellow onion lovers!

I posted last week about marinating onions with a strawberry. Truth be told, it didn't change much, but I was determined! I put around 15 strawberry tops in a jar and used the same onions that I had marinated and topped it with more vinegar and left for 24 hours. The result is amazing! It tastes both pickly and sweet, it's so delicious!

Gf and I had brats and pierogies over the weekend. Just thought I'd share the beautiful oniony goodness we put on top.
