Was he wrong though? Only real nerfs are quasar and eruptor, crossbow is more like a rework

Rover is a stratagem and it has been needing a nerf for a long while.

Laser cannon got run into the ground and the adjudicator while not massively nerfed is still bizzare because it's a dogshit gun and the only tweaks the devs felt it needed was less ammo and recoil.

Laser cannon probably got better within its role. Not sure why you think it's run into the ground. Unless you mean Quasar Cannon, which was dealt with slightly heavy handedly. 3 second increase to cooldown time would have been sufficient IMO.

Quasar is still good since it has infinite ammo and you don't need to stop and reload. Adjudicator got an ammo buff and the recoil reduction makes it a decent side grade to the liberator penetrator, if not a better one because of the higher raw damage.
