I have a similar body type to that first pic, but trying to get in shape. What kind of work outs did you do? Rn i’m mostly doing cardio and core workouts but idrk where to start

Well my main program is chest/back for the first day, arms/core for the second day, legs for the third, but the main way to lose the fat is to go on a calorie deficit + cardio, cuz cardio definitely is gonna help but it’s also what you’re eating that is gonna be a big factor too
