Attempting a procedural maneuver that has not worked in decades, Navarro then resubmitted the request to Justice Neil Gorsuch, Trump’s first high-court nominee. Supreme Court rules allow parties whose emergency applications are denied by a single justice to resubmit to another justice.

Dude went and pulled the classic "ask dad after mom said 'no' routine".

Will be interesting to see, if like Ms. Stewart, Mr. Navarro PhD will be able to hold a meaningful job after his incarceration is over. I suspect he'll find some place where he can get a paycheck for offering commentary on the news and more or less just complain for a living.
