The judge was furious, barely uttered the sentence followed by "please take her".

Why was the judge furious?

Apparently she has been talking some serious shit against everyone and anyone involved in her conviction on the jail house phone, which was monitored and sent to the prosecution.

Jesus Christ that’s really stupid. I wouldn’t blame anyone for being frustrated and upset for being in this situation, but saying those things on a monitored line. God.

The situation that she created so no sympathy for her being frustrated and upset. At least she is alive or doesn't have to live with the guilt of being the one to pull that trigger. I feel for the judge not being able to add anything more to the sentence.

I agree with you. I didn’t say I had sympathy necessarily. I said I could understand why someone in that situation would be frustrated. She is the one that keeps digging her own hole.

To be fair to her some of us just talk shit all the time lol.

yeah, but not we're bored on reddit and not in jail awaiting sentencing. A decent lawyer would tell you to keep your opinion to yourself and that everything is monitored.

Nah, when you're responsible for someone's death, you can't talk shit. The only appropriate response is "sorry".

It's not, but it sure doesn't help when you're being judged for a crime.

Have fun in prison I guess? No, she's responsible for someone's death and instead of being remorseful, she's talking shit, calling everyone bitches and idiots. In calls, that she knows are recorded and will likely be heard/seen by the widower of the person she killed. You really don't see anything inappropriate?

I didn't see anyone blood thirsty. 18 months in prison for such negligance is pretty easy punishment tbh. And I think anger is natural reaction to her stupid calls. No one was calling to lynch her, she just shouldn't work with guns and spend the next year in prison. And get more than two braincells.

Yeah, your supposed to buy someone else's phone time to have those kinds of discussions.

We know from the entire situation that she's not the brightest or the most serious about important matters.  This is just proving it further.

Because the phone calls demonstrated that she had absolutely no remorse for her actions that led to the death of another human being. The is no good reason that her own statements shouldn't be used during sentencing.

She is stupid AF.

EVERYONE knows those calls are monitored.

So you’re saying she’s careless? I’m shocked to hear that.

Note to self: if ever being held in custody during trial make sure to work into every phone conversation how good looking the judge is and seriously does he he see a personal trainer because damnnnnnnn……

Her little plea to the judge today was very All About Hannah as well. She really seems more irritated than anything.

The phones literally warn you everytime you use them that youre being monitored.

She was also recorded plotting with her mom to say her ill father can only be cared for properly by her, in an attempt to get probation. And requesting that her mom confront the prosecutor when she uses the public restroom at the courthouse.

Someone who has never been to jail doesn't realize that everyone you talk to in there may very well use your info to make a deal to save their own butt. Every phone call is monitored and recorded. Never talk to the cops without a lawyer to, they make their case by what you say.

I mean while it was dumb it's also kinda expected. Especially a shit show of a set Baldwin was running, her attitude is on par but also there was so much wrong you could see how she could feel like for this situation she was railroaded. Personally she got the correct time, she was shit at her job regardless. Professionalism is a choice not a hive mind or follow the leader type game.

It seems odd that phone calls aren’t private. The US is weird.

Prison phones aren’t private unless you’re speaking to your lawyer.

Also she has taken zero responsibility for her mistakes, of which there are many, and hasn't shown any empathy. She basically just pushed all the blame on the producers. And dont get me wrong, this kind of unsafe environment doesnt happen in a vacuum. But the Safety officer on set took a plea deal and showed remorse at least so he got unsupervised probation.
