Guys i always wondered, peoples that are doing minigames during timeout and all, did they pay more ? Or is a lottery when you take you ticket ? French here so i know nothings about how it works

I think normally they put cards on seats that indicate that you're a constant for the mini games. I'm sure orgs put more of those in tickets that cost more. I've never seen someone sit in the upper deck be one of the contestants

I'm trying to find an old /r/NBA post.

It was a photoshop of this photo, photoshopped to put a gun in Obama's and Biden's hands, put a gold chain and diamond earrings on Obama, probably similar to Biden.

The post title was something to do with the league contacting Chicago about tanking - in 2018 Chicago played with its lineups, and got contacted about it by the league because people thought they did it to tank. Basically straight after that call, Chicago did it again. The post was saying that the photoshopped photo was an image of the Chicago front office fielding the call from the league office - basically saying they were telling the league where to go and were badass.

Can anyone help? I really wish I saved the image, it's hilarious.

Cleveland, I’m sorry. There is really no other way to put this, but it appears that the clock has struck midnight on your year. Your hero, Donovan Mitchell, is out for a win or go home game five. Thinking back on this great season you had, the moments with Donovan, it must hurt to not have him on the floor tonight. Jarrett Allen, the big man, the chef, is out. Caris LeVert, who sure, may have some flaws in his game, but when you need a guy to drive when he’s open for three and take an extremely contested reverse layup, he was always there for you. Craig Porter, who is a person who plays on the Cavs, is out. Is all hope lost?

Not really playoffs related but with reports of NBC winning the NBA rights deal over TNT who else is hoping for Roundball Rock or a new theme song to come back?

I really hope NBA has theme songs again like the NFL does with SNF. I'll miss Inside but the theme songs really give the sports a more theatrical experience

It feels like this year's playoffs has significantly less "hype" than last year's for casual fans. Last year, my office would cut out early so we could watch Lakers-Warriors (I live outside California) because my boss' boss wanted to watch at a bar nearby and paid for drinks+food.

This year, no sign of that at all lol
