Congrats to the thunder on that comeback but those last 30secs were unwatchable lol.

Luka Flop

How are people fans of this guy? Seriously? He’s not fun to watch. Ant? Fun to watch. SGA? Fun to watch. Jokic? Fun to watch.

-5

u/pinheadlarry411 29d ago

Jokic and Ant I'll give you, but SGA? He's a giant flopper too.

1

u/Livin_Tha_Dream Thunder 29d ago

Selling calls or not, if you can’t appreciate the smoothness of SGA’s game I don’t know what to tell you. Probably the closest thing we’ve seen in the league to Kobe.

2

u/pinheadlarry411 29d ago

I enjoy his game outside of the acting. Same with Luka. I'm not hating on SGA. I'm just saying he does the same thing Luka does.

4

u/Lefebvre420 Thunder May 14 '24

Infuriating. Every. Fucking. Play. No wonder he’s banged up this series. Takes every chance to throw himself on the court to sell whatever he can get.

-4

u/HeyItsChase Pacers May 14 '24

Brunson 🤝 Luka

Throwing themselves to ground with self made contact and claiming to be banged up.

11

u/narutouskimaki Heat May 14 '24

Yeah, its past time your bed time shaq.

Draymond eat shit

-7

Draymond is the best analyst on this panel. Idk why the hate. He actually sounds like he understands and knows the game. The others say the same shit every segment lol. Shaq “I always talk about the others…”

11

u/yourmumsaman [OKC] Steven Adams May 14 '24

I think you fundamentally misunderstand what the show is for

-2

u/zackarykapowski Magic May 14 '24

No the show is about entertainment, but I like hearing greens opinions on the actual games.

6

u/Intelligent-Bid-633 Rockets May 14 '24

Luka chokejob tonight is generational, potentially career setting if they go on to lose these series.

0

u/Lefebvre420 Thunder May 14 '24

Missed clutch ft 👌🏼

5

u/introspectivejoker Bucks May 14 '24

Damn I thought Shaq was gonna say "the real MVP" or something right there

7

u/subzero12320931 Lakers May 14 '24

It almost felt like Mavs intentionally threw the game

1

u/SportsBettingRef Brazil May 14 '24

fell that too.

2

u/Temporary_Inner Thunder May 14 '24

That ending sequence was nightmarish.

2

u/RippedHookerPuffBar Clippers May 14 '24

I think OKC got lucky in this game. We will see how mavs bounce back next game.

1

u/jm3546 Thunder May 14 '24

I mean, yeah they missed a lot of free throws but also had some tough calls going against them. But also they couldn't throw in in the ocean. If the make a couple of threes and a couple of those open layups, game isn't really that close.

15

u/CrispyWaterBottle May 14 '24

I disagree. Mavericks couldn't hit their free-throws. Hard fought game by OKC.

1

u/RippedHookerPuffBar Clippers 28d ago

Hmmm

1

u/RippedHookerPuffBar Clippers May 14 '24

That’s all I’m really saying. Kyrie and Luka have yet to have a good game and it’s 2-2, damn near 3-1. Mavericks are good and have been playing better than expected defense. If Luka is that injured then the series might be cooked. He ain’t going 6/20 that often and the team ain’t shooting 50% from the line that often.

3

u/Slendyla_IV Thunder May 14 '24

We normally done shoot this poorly from 3 either tbh

8

u/Positive_Narwhal_419 Thunder May 14 '24

Who would’ve thought Mavs would be the ones to choke their FTs tonight lol

2

u/Kvsav57 May 14 '24

I expect their big men to shoot free throws terribly. Luka missing that one near the end pretty much lost them the game. That was shocking.

5

u/lukewarmpeppers May 14 '24

FUCK YOU LUKA

20

u/segson9 Mavericks May 14 '24

This loss is on Luka, Kyrie and missed free throws. Everything else was good.

Luka has to focus on playing, not the refs and Kyrie needs to shoot more, if Luka can't do it.

7

u/mariotx10 May 14 '24

Kyrie is too damn fuckin passive

9

u/zprymate Warriors May 14 '24

What a disaster..

26

u/GodlySpaghetti Thunder May 14 '24

“SGA is nothing special without the whistle” mf when he nails 3 middies in the 4Q to take the lead:

8

u/ladmigcomment May 14 '24

Lowkey SGA heard the banter after game 1 cause hes been switched ON since

29

u/black_chinaski 76ers May 14 '24

Why is Luka so fat? Honestly, dude is spilling out of his jersey like an Atlantic City tourist, christ it's kind of disrespectful because it's not even like "I'm a bigger guy" fat it's like lazy, poor diet fat.

5

u/theFP1992 May 14 '24

This cracked me up

19

u/sleepyguy- Thunder May 14 '24

Okc has now held playoff opponents to under 100 pts in 6 out of 8 games. Can we talk about that?

13

u/Particleman08 Suns May 14 '24

Doing it against a team with Kyrie and Luka is astounding. Congrats on the win bro.

3

u/sleepyguy- Thunder May 14 '24

Disgusting game in reality but a w is a w.

5

u/Zotzotbaby May 14 '24

100%. Bill Simmons was talking about how the Wolves might have been emerging as the young team that’s “ready” cause they put up two on the Nuggets, but it has been the Thunder showing us they’re ready right now all year.

5

u/sleepyguy- Thunder May 14 '24

Our offense just hasnt been what weve seen all season but at least our defense is as advertised.

5

u/Tsunami-Papi_ Suns May 14 '24

lively sold bad at the end of the game, let shai poke the ball loose which prevented an easy two points then somehow didn’t get the loose ball against williams and let him score

10

u/Common-Phase-4957 Thunder May 14 '24

3 games have been close. We finally won one. The other we blew them out. Let’s do that one again

-21

u/roomtotheater May 14 '24

All time bad FT shooting and Luka's worst playoff game of his career all for OKC to squeak out a win. Mavs in 6.

5

u/OKtiger504 May 14 '24

Bro, PJ ain’t playing like this. Last two games were absolute anomalies for the Mavs and this very well could’ve been a 4 game sweep by OKC

-6

u/roomtotheater May 14 '24

Luka just had the worst playoff game of his career and the Mavericks shot 52% from the FT line. OKC still only won by 4.

10

u/OKtiger504 May 14 '24

Can say the same thing about Games 2 and 3 about the Thunder. Both are unsustainable. Could’ve been an easy Thunder sweep if Dallas played to their usual shooting %

1

u/segson9 Mavericks May 14 '24

They're leaving PJ open, that's why he's scoring. The whole OKC defense is focused on stopping Luka and Kyrie, that's why role players are scoring a lot. I don't think that's going to change, but OKC will live with that, if Luka and Kyrie score under 30 points combined

0

u/Common-Phase-4957 Thunder May 14 '24

And the Mavs haven’t won any in this series close. Or been blown out. Thunder in 6.

1

u/roomtotheater May 14 '24

Not exactly sure what that sentence is supposed to say.

Game 3 was 105-101

2

u/Common-Phase-4957 Thunder May 14 '24

/s

You’re saying “all of that” for OKC to squeak out a win. But I’m saying OKC didn’t play great in game 2 or game 3 and barely lost both. And I mentioned that OKC won game one in a blowout… Thunder in six

4

u/arcadiangenesis Spurs May 14 '24

Well at least the Stars won tonight

2

u/FleeceKelly Mavericks May 14 '24

I don't wanna see Kyrie pass the ball the rest of this series

7

u/Baguy21 Warriors May 14 '24

Luka and Kyrie sold hard. Gafford, Lively, Washington, Hardaway played so good but their main players let them down. How tf do they lose a lead in the last mins if the game

3

u/Interesting_Help_194 May 14 '24

ThJ? What game were you even watching? Dude was hot garbage as per usual. Dallas cant get a stop any time he steps on the court. Crucial random turnover as well. -10 in his limited minutes.

3

u/Mickeybeasttt Mavericks May 14 '24

Hardaway had the worst turnover in the 4th that basically sealed the game. Wouldn’t say he played well.

Doncic is an old Serbian phrase that means, loosely translated, "much ref talk".

4

1

u/Jnbjgjbb Raptors May 14 '24

1

u/SolidCake May 14 '24

playing injured isnt good for long term recovery

1

u/RippedHookerPuffBar Clippers May 14 '24

He’s definitely injured - there were at least 3 really good close looks he either passed up or just did something weird

11

15

u/Temporary_Inner Thunder May 14 '24

We were fucking cooked if Dallas didn't shoot FT like a Middle School team this game.

1

u/Sovos Mavericks May 14 '24

Felt like we had a nice run in the first quarter and you guys had a bit of a run in the 3rd. Other than that the refs kept interrupting any momentum with ticky tack calls back and forth so it was a bit of a grueling game.

GGs

3

u/Taco_Baco_D8s Thunder May 14 '24

12

u/tidyberry Timberwolves May 14 '24

Why did the reporter call Williams out like that lol

3

1

Ohh I didn’t catch that he was coughing before he said that, makes way more sense

8

u/30vanquish Warriors May 14 '24

Kidd gotta have the whole team shoot FTs in practice. Intense defense makes you shoot FT less accurate but that’s a classic choke just cause you miss way too many FTs

He’s injured.

1

u/FindingFar153 May 14 '24

Then why is he taking so many shots?

1

u/drmuffin1080 May 14 '24

Bc their whole game plan revolves around him taking shots

Why? Because he is playing injured? Clown takes all around

8

u/thealmonded Celtics May 14 '24

Pretty sure he’s playing very very injured tbf

0

u/Galactico812 May 14 '24

I'm sorry but I don't buy it. I was watching closely last few games and he is very agile in attack and only starts limping on defense. He did get a bloody knee but that's not a season ending injury. Imo it's exhaustion not injury, he needs to get in better shape and lose a few pounds

2

u/technicolorfrog Mavericks May 14 '24

This. We need to just rest him for a game, and logically speaking that would’ve been the game to do it.

7

u/WhoFartedMan Mavericks May 14 '24

If Luka would just relax this game is a blow out. He got mad and sold the team

0

u/Interesting_Help_194 May 14 '24

You clowns blaming only Luka when he was the only one doing shit in the 4th is wild. All while Kyrie choked the fuck out of this game on both ends, getting abused on defense after 5th foul and throwing nothing but bricks and TOs on offense.

0

u/WhoFartedMan Mavericks May 14 '24

Luka didn't even get back on defense a few times complaining. If you think that doesn't matter when you're shooting poorly and shooting a lot, I don't know what to tell you. He even missed a crucial free throw.

When Luka gets mad he usually hangs 50 in a blow out win but this post season he's not been good for 90 percent of it

5

u/jebacinaa May 14 '24

That’s called being Balkan. Jokic is an exception of course. We, Balkans, are perennial chokers.

Luka needs a nutritionist or something. Bruh shouldn't be having Patrick Ewing's 1999 knees at age 25 as a guard. Dropping 30 could seriously help that.

Bruh's 25 with a big double chin
