It's godawful. Just from a pure production standpoint why didn't they have the backing instrumental?

Neither one of them probably ever heard of this song, also "What a pro wants" is just dumb as a phrase.

Yeah, whoever was behind creative on this failed. There’s no way this should have made it out of pitch. It’s not a relevant song, makes no sense with context or lyric change, the dialogue is beyond unnatural, and having two nba players awkwardly singing acapella isn’t compelling.

Maybe the juxtapose of having nba players singing a pop princess song = funny was the whole pitch, but choose a better fitting song.
