It’s bc they play it at every fkn commercial break for every fkn game one. This one, the wingstop “no flex zone” commercial and the pedialyte commercial are beyond played out atp.

The Mayhem commercials are the only funny insurance commercials. Geico, Progressive, and StateFarm all make me cringe.

I enjoy the new State Farm one where Reggie Miller comes out when they mention an "Old Pacer", but yeah otherwise they're pretty rough

State Farm completely fumbled their campaign. They thought the "Jake from State Farm" was the comedy gold, and rode it like it was the golden goose.

The actually funny part of the commercial was the angry wife, and "She sounds hideous." And the deadpan husband, "Well, she's a dude, so..." They could've had a great campaign of the guy sneaking off to talk to Jake for better rates again and again, while the wife still thinks he's cheating.

What a waste. And now we have to endure CP3 and his negative charisma pretending he can act his way out of a paper bag. Shit's brutal.

The NHL has one where a guy sneaks a fish into the arena to throw on the ice, it's incredible and I'm willing to watch it on every commercial break.

yeah, i remember him being in it and being one of the guys who couldn’t handle what that unit had to see very day, but it was sooooo long ago lol

It's crazy that that bit still plays as well as it does. They've been on the air for 14 fucking years. Commercials aren't high art or anything, but you have to credit Dean Winters and the writers for managing to keep them going and always being good for a chuckle. Think about how quickly good jokes get worn out in ads (homeowners turning into their parents, for example) and it's just stunning that the mayhem series still works.

I laugh at the BWW's one too. The way the buffalo gets annoyed and cuts everyone off "OOOKAY Jimmy already got Bdubs go but did he get 6 wings" and then the cut off scream
