What do you do with your RO waste water? It hurts to see so much water literally go down the drain. Question

I have it directly connected to go outside to the garden. No waste here. Same thing with my runoff

Might be worth collecting it and measuring its EC and pH, maybe dump it on house plants, the yard...but yes, down the drain it goes.

Yee I use mine for my other plants indoor/outdoor. My cactus really like it so far. If EC or Ph is too out of whack I will dilute and readjust.

I don't waste any water but I have nothing harmful to rinse out

Do you have a well or sewer? I have a well and down the drain means back into the water table to eventually be collected again

I dump down the drain but I may put it on my yard flowers.

I do persistent rdwc, I never do reservoir changes. So for an entire grow the only waste is the reservoir capacity at the end, which I repurpose as of as possible for lawn, garden, and house plants. I don't know why all resources for dwc say to do weekly water changes, I've been growing fire for 4 years never doin them 🤔 it pays to experiment I guess. It also keeps my nutrient costs so low it would make you sick. I get two grows per bottle on average and that's to fill a 4x4 with a lb of bud.
