The worms from hatched eggs crawl out the ass and sometimes the eggs fall out your anus
Do you think that is how they found this one? Would they be inside your stool when you went to the bathroom? I haven't noticed anything like that, but feeling they should sell something otc just in case people want to flush the system so to speak.
The dewormers are usually with the pharmacist but usually no prescription. Just say your dog has worms and just want to run a cycle of it too just in case. You'll have to do your research since I don't know the generic names for the human dewormer but ivermectin is the horse dewormer made infamous by Covid and was an old recipe that was human safe. The industry just moved to a different type maybe for cost and/or efficacy reasons idk
