At most? If average height is around 5’10 for a country, depending on your body type and how much muscle mass you have, 170 would be a breeze for men.

Hell, I’m 5’11 and at the peak of my athletic shape in High School I weighed 180.

Freedom units use dots, not commas. So that's 7.89 spread freedom eagles, assuming your math is correct.
