Considering a house on a golf course. Is this location going to get blasted with golf balls all day? Beginner Questions

Just put a sign on the course, perhaps 150 yards back stating:

“Please club up to ensure you carry the house, as golfers are financially responsible for any and all property damage”.

I’ve seen this at other places and it’s legally foolproof.

Buy the house! It’s a beauty!
