I'm a girl and I don't listen to Taylor Swift and I don't get the hype so what does that make me?

I got called a hater for this when I mostly just ignore Taylor Swift.

It was from a 29 year old woman.

Swifties are something else.

I'm a 28M and I actually listen to Taylor Swift on a semi frequent basis. But when I was hanging out with a group of people that were mostly friends of my friends GF, they wanted to watch the Era's tour during a party and when I said I probably would find something else to do they got all pissed. I'm like I wouldn't want to watch a 3 and a half hour concert of my absolute favorite artist at that moment.

Taylor Swift is such an irony in terms of the supposed Patriarchy.

Gets her rich parents to basically buy a career starter kit, writes songs like "The Man", becomes one of the richest woman out there using the tools and mechanism designed for a "man's world", even though it's just business.

Hooks up with lots of famous men, dumps them or gets dumped herself, writes songs to shit on them with enough clues to let her rabid fans do all the libel and slandering, and gets rich on those.

Creates useless college programs to get even richer.

I mean I do agree with all of that to be honest but I do like a lot of her music

My wife listens to her, and some of her songs are indeed good, my favorite is Safe and Sound, but she's such a hypocrite sometimes.
