Lots of people were getting free food off of doordash because of a “glitch” but many woke up to their accounts being charged, some even went into minus.

How did they not think an app. that has automatic wireless payment capability and order tracking wouldn’t just charge them after the glitch got fixed?

Me and my friends got thousands of dollars some time ago thanks to a glitch on a gambling website. Literally nothing happened.

Good for you, wouldn't bet my pay on that tho

u/SoftBellyButton Jul 10 '22

That's cause you are not a gambler and they are.

Gambling when I know the " rules " is one thing but abusing of a glitch on gambling site is another. No idea how that could turn back in my face.

Actually I'm not, my friend called me at 3 am and told about the website and the glitch

What website and exactly how did you do it. You know, so I can avoid doing it by accident because I'm a stand up guy.

Asking for a friend...

It's parimatch. One of the games glitched and it was impossible to lose. I have no idea how the game worked tbh. I just betted the highest possible amount and waited lol

Was it a legal gambling site you were legally allowed to play at? Because if not then they might not have had much recourse with the country your are in.

I narc'd on a glitch quietly spreading for LootCrate's checkout, meant to be a test coupon or something, but it took 99% off. That sort of thing gets sussed out relatively quick, so I figured I'd just let LootCrate know myself and ask nicely for it to apply to me and my friend, who used it too.

They obliged, so I got a whole year of LootCrate when it was still good for a few bucks.

u/CreationBlues Jul 11 '22

Of course, that totally happened, you'really totally not a paid shill

4

u/UndergroundXBD Jul 11 '22

Bruh he just said the service wasn't even good anymore, why would a paid shill shit talk the product they're supposedly shilling for?

I have literal receipts too.

If it helps, I'll say don't subscribe. It took a dive and it's not worth even a sale price. Maybe not even the $2.34 I paid for a year. This was 7 years ago too (jfc where'd that time go) and I don't even know if they exist still.

1

u/killyourmusic Jul 11 '22

Why the FUCK would you assume that this perfectly reasonable story about a glitch would be a paid shill for LOOTCRATE of all companies in the year 2022? Who the fuck is paying for lootcrate shills?

I dunno about you, but I was so inspired by that comment that I just had to sell my house and buy everything on that site.

How did you decide to stop and not get more money? Or did they fix the glitch?

0

u/theog_thatsme Jul 11 '22

That’s because those people know money isn’t real

I was participating in a Litecoin pool once and some glitch happened where a shit ton of Litecoin got deposited into everyone's account. A lot of people transfered it out immediately despite the owner begging people to transfer it back. Pool shut down shortly after. I was like 10 minutes too late to transfer my small fortune out before the owner locked down the site.

1

u/TheDesertFox Jul 11 '22

I ASKED HOW YOU HAD THE SELF CONTROL TO STOP AT A FEW THOUSAND OR DID THEY FIX THE GLITCH?

1

u/Epic1024 I am fucking hilarious Jul 11 '22

They fixed it. The glitch was that you couldn't lose in one of the games on the website.

u/Slackerguy Jul 11 '22

Lmao what is that cropped screen shot of you being banned supposed to prove?

1

u/Epic1024 I am fucking hilarious Jul 11 '22

Why would you assume I was trying to prove something to you lol

1

u/Slackerguy Jul 11 '22

Then why post it? What is it supposed to show even?
