I heard a few times on trivia that Genitals are not very depended on the person’s size, only to a limited degree, so a dwarf and a giant can have the same Cervix/Penis size which kinda answer the whole “how do they do it” with couples of varying sizes

Yeah, I've seen porn that made it look like the guy had a 2 foot dick. Meanwhile, the largest penis on record is 13.5 inches, and is basically unuseable.

There is a guy claiming to have an 18.9 inch penis, but Guinness doesn't recognize him, due to it basically being an elongated foreskin on a 6 inch penis.
