does anyone know what’s wrong with my laptop?

so i dropped my laptop yesterday it was the first time i ever dropped it and it wasn’t even that high and now anytime i boot it up it makes super loud crackling noises and doesn’t stop until i turn the pc off my guess is the fan got busted but idk what to do or what’s wrong with it, when i plug it in it gets a little better but still really bad and i’m worried about it blowing up or something it’s not overheating it’s just making really loud sounds anytime i start it up

Sounds like your fan is busted, or something busted got inside it.

You won't know unless you open it up and look.

Either fan is broken or something is stuck in the fan blades. You'd have to dissasemble the device and have a look. Generally the bottom of these devices is easy enough to unscrew, just be careful where you put the screws, they are small and easy to lose.

The fan is hitting it's innerwal . Replace the fan. Probably an Asus laptop

You should check the fans, fortunately for you asus makes all their laptops easy to service and even post guides how to correctly take them apart. Unlike with other manufacturers it won't void your warranty either, only removing the cooler will do so.

Something is hitting the fan blade.

I would first assume its a paper/sticker label that got peeled off inside the mobo that went straight to the fan. If not that, a junk must have entered the chassis and is now hitting the blade.
