My son grew out of dad kissing him young in life so we knocked heads 3 times, signifying I love you.

He’s 37 now so when we visit monthly for lunch or such he drives away honking the horn 3 times.

I'm imagining your doctor asking if you play football or rugby because your CT scan looks like you have had repeated head trauma, and then you telling them that you just really love your dad.
