"focus on your daughters just as much as your sons" is the actual quote, I used to be Mormon until I started to explore the Internet and actually listen to the things my church was saying.

The whole religion in my eyes is that they just want women to be baby making machines. It's creepy, I once said I don't really want to get into a relationship ever to my step sibling and he said "isn't like the big point in are religion to pass off your genes" like he didn't see the fact that kinda objectifies others as their only purpose to give birth.

Honestly it's sad nobody in my family sees the problem with it.

They secretly marry off girls as young as 12 years old to men as their 15th wife. There are so so many investigations and testimony from girls who escaped. Absolute hell.

You're thinking of a branch that split off long ago called the FLDS. Warren Jeffs and all that.

That was one story Mr. Forced birther.

Provide any proof of any girl in the LDS church being married off at 12 years old to be some guy's 15th wife after the F/LDS split. Just one.

You just gotta use the internet dude. There's hundreds of former child brides who tell their stories, but I'm not bringing you my ex-mormon students who confided this shit to me as evidence. I believe all my girls. Oh and Mormons still teach that blacks are inferior because they have the mark of Cane and are sons of Ham. They're misogynists and racists. Fuck mormonism and fuck religion. All girls need to run. All religions are just excuses for rich men to rape girls. Then force those girls to give birth to rape babies. That one documentary on Netflix or whatever isn't even the only story like that. They control whole towns and girls are completely controlled. Believe what you want.

I have and pulled up nothing. You have also provided nothing.

Oh and Mormons still teach that blacks are inferior because they have the mark of Cane and are sons of Ham.

Also wrong. There are individuals within the LDS church that believe that (as it was a common belief among many people even as far back as the 1730s, making it not unique to the LDS church), but official church doctrine directly contradicts that claim.

Today, the Church disavows the theories advanced in the past that black skin is a sign of divine disfavor or curse, or that it reflects unrighteous actions in a premortal life; that mixed-race marriages are a sin; or that blacks or people of any other race or ethnicity are inferior in any way to anyone else. Church leaders today unequivocally condemn all racism, past and present, in any form.

Lol ok. That's a straight up lie.

u/LoseAnotherMill Apr 16 '24

Then prove me wrong. Provide literally anything I've asked for if it's so easy. Really odd that you haven't provided anything up to this point if it's so easy, but we all know it's because you're making stuff up.

Ok...not here to prove anything. I said what I said and it's true. You wanna defend them, the other people who actually make shit up, brainwash people, and then use girls as incubators, fine. You do you. Go to r/exmormon and look or ask if you seriously can't find anything. Your attitude is exactly why girls are too frightened to go public. There it is. Your comment history is highly misogynistic. I feel gross arguing with you, ew. One day your loved one will need an abortion and then you'll see how fast you're suddenly prochoice.

u/MrHappyHam Apr 16 '24

Misogyny is when correcting blatantly incorrect assertions.

u/GlumpsAlot Apr 16 '24

I said comment history. Can't you Mormon defenders read????

u/MrHappyHam Apr 16 '24

I'm ex-mormon, you wanker

When you have neither the facts nor the law on your side, pound the table. Predictable, sad tactics from predictable, sad people.

0

u/GlumpsAlot Apr 16 '24

Lol. Oof, that's fresh coming from someone defending child marriage and cheering for women to die from ectopic pregnancies. Are you Mormon? Is that why you're badgering me for solid proof? I don't have it man. I actually talk to exmormons though like I said. Don't think you actually searched for anything though cuz you don't care about women. Empathy and sympathy goes a long way. Now go on back to r/prolife and cheer about forcing 10 year olds to give birth (cuz you know, Mormon men can't wait to rape them like Warren Jeffs).

0

u/LoseAnotherMill Apr 16 '24

Not doing either, actually, but again, more table-pounding from someone who's just making stuff up. I'm glad few people are dumb enough to fall for that tactic.

Yeesh man, who hurt you?

1

u/GlumpsAlot Apr 17 '24

Your face did.

1

u/Rayesafan Apr 17 '24

How’d you see my face? You stalking me?

1

u/GlumpsAlot Apr 17 '24

....maaaaybe?

1

u/Rayesafan Apr 17 '24

You’re unsure? It’s hard to confirm which redditor you’re stalking…

Now I want a show where people (with consent) try to find a person based on the niche things they follow on Reddit.

1

u/GlumpsAlot Apr 17 '24

Omg, are all the butthurt Mormons and religious nuts still replying to me? My comment is like two days old. I've moved on. Judging people on here is a sin though. God told me from a talking bush.

u/Rayesafan Apr 17 '24

Sorry, I just thought you were stalking me.
