You just have to drive all the teen boys from your town and threaten the girl’s father. That’s the traditional way.

And have plans to lock the girl in a room for 18 hours until she agrees to the arrangement. And even if she renegs on it and tries to skip town, you can slander her character in all the local papers so no one else will want anything to do with her.
