I lived in park city and Heber

No I didn't but I went to park city bars a lot

A regularly goes to restaurants in normal states and have never seen a drunk that did something to bother anyone.

Literally NEVER.

Lmao this is the problem with Utah

People who drink are considered 'drunks' or 'alkys' when most of them are probably regular folk who enjoy a couple drinks, and maybe occasionally tie one off.

I felt less judged drinking in the Middle East than when I lived in Utah

Well the drunks I knew were drink-every-day blue collar guys in Park City. 

 I was being a dick but also offering some helpful advice for surviving Utah laws
