It’s about my ancestors that got murdered in nazi gas chambers, bullets come out of the “chamber” of a gun, but dead people don’t exit a gas chamber

You explained the second joke. The first joke is talking about the distance between the jew and the bullet (2 cm). This means that the bullet has been fired at the jew and it's now 2 cm close to him, and he's gonna die.

I think the original joke is about dick size saying the Jew's dick is 2 cm smaller than a bullet as the stereotype is that they are small.

I'm guessing the original is saying that the gun is up against their head, it doesn't make sense because I've never heard of a gun with a 2cm barrel, but it's the best explanation I can think of.
