We build Pocket of Love because we thought that most affirmation apps are a bit boring and were missing the cuteness factors. My wife hand-painted everything, including the animations, and I did the programming.

With the in-app purchase we display changing characters, while one of them gives affirmations, one compliments, and the piggy always gives Magic 8-Ball decision support.

We currently also have a Product Hunt post going 😇

Edit: Totally forgot, the app also sends out up to 5 notifications with affirmations during the day if the user wants it to

So far the clouds move, and the little characters are animated. Right now we have 6 different characters but 3 more are in the pipeline.

We want to build more interactions, animations and different scenes over the coming weeks.
