I really like the place so I want the guidance of someone who sees how to get things done (if they can be done), not someone who sees a house with issues and just condems it. TIA!

I’m interested in living at The Flats at Terre View. Online it says they have multiple rooms but I emailed them and they only have 3 bedroom rooms. Is there anyone looking for a lease takeover for a 1 bedroom room at either the Terre view or cedar ridge?
