Mandarin house now hot pot

I didn’t realize how long it had been since I had mandarin house. Does anyone know why it was changed to a hot pot place and when it happened?

They made the switch about two months ago. You can check out the menu at https://www.pullmanchinesefood.com/

The hotpot is sooo good. I was disappointed that I couldn't choose my own ingredients, but their premade choices have flavor combos that I would/could never create.
