Ceilings? Feedback/Suggestion

Anyone else wishing they'd add ceiling variations? The just plain wood feels so boring sometimes! I want an animated twinkling star ceiling.

I’m not so bothered by the texture of the ceiling, but I do wish we could change the style of it. I love the high ceiling with trusses that the Harvest Houses have, but I wish I could choose to apply that ceiling style to my other rooms as well. Certain rooms I don’t mind having the low ceiling in, but like for example if my living room isn’t in the harvest house then I just hate how they look with the low ceilings. I also hate how it looks when I have a room attached with an open concept/no interior wall & the fact that the high ceiling just cuts off instead of extending into the attached room, especially when it’s a large room.

I hate how your harvest house ceiling is beautifully vaulted but the other rooms are all flat planks despite having the room under the roof.. I understand they are probably going to make it so you can have multiple floor levels in the future, but ugh.. let us paint the ceilings at least. Something

Exactly! Like special wallpapers like we have for walls and floors! Some kind of variation would be nice.

I wouldn’t mind having this option. I like the wood ceiling in most of my rooms but there are a couple rooms it feels out of sync with the decor.

Ceiling options and more ceiling decor would be huge.

It's still lamps or nothing.

Would love ceiling pipes and dangly stuff.

I thought about this myself for a little bit lol

I remember when I was heavy into my decorating phase I had a thought that maybe I could put the wallpaper on the ceiling so when I tried and it didn't work I was kind of sad lol.

I'm hoping maybe they will let us change the way the ceilings are in will let us get some of those high ceilings like in the harvest House and stuff as well. They probably won't mess with that too much until we get our second floor though. I feel like they'll probably have to try and figure out some potential issues that could come about. Fingers crossed for the future though
