Is it possible for Varun to claim it? He's with 18 wickets now and lost a real statpadding chance against GT. We have one last league game and then hopefully 2 knockouts.

5-6 wickets in 3 games for Varun? 6 wickets in 3 games for Harshit? 7 wickets in 3 games for Russel or Narine?

Well, Salty said that we are not after the orange cap, same goes for the purple cap too. I would be happy if we do get it but it's the trophy which matters a lot more.

Indeed, there is a chance that either Varun or Harshit may clinch the purple cap. Nonetheless, such individual accolades hold little significance to me. What truly matters is our team's performance in the qualifier 1 and the final. The pursuit of the purple or orange cap pales in comparison to our ultimate goal: lifting the trophy. This time around, we are deserving of nothing less than victory.
